Q: WILL X Y Z BE BACK IN STOCK?

A: yes, i am constantly making more of all designs, but due to the handmade nature and precision of the pieces this takes time. all shop drops will be announced in advance on Instagram and via mailing list (once this is avaliable). 

Q: DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?


Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

A: we do not accept returns. please select carfully when making your purchase. 

Q: I AM LOCAL TO NYC, CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER?

A: yes! simply enter code 'PICKUP' at checkout for free shipping. pickup is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn NY. Please allow 3 business days for pickups to be processed. You will recieve an email when your order is ready. 

Q: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY POTTERY?
A: handwashing your piece will extend the life and vibrancy of your piece but they can be washed on the top-rack of the dishwasher if needed.

everything is food and microwave safe (unless otherwise noted) but be aware the vessel will absorb and retain a lot of heat in the microwave and be very hot to the touch. excessive temperature shock can result in cracks and breakages. do not microwave if the pieve has been submerged or kept we for an extended period of time. 

to avoid the potential of staining after years of use, it is reccomended to wash pieces regularly. 

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: not right now but we are working on it!

Q: CAN I PREORDER A PIECE?

A: currently we do not have a system in place for preorders but we are working on it.
