Shop policies:
Every piece is made entirely by hand in NYC, and each piece may vary slightly in size, shape, design and colour (even within a set). There may be small imperfections within a piece, but unless otherwise noted it is safe to use and these characteristics are the beauty of using a handmade vessel!
Care and use:
Handwashing your piece will extend the life and vibrancy of your piece but they can be washed on the top-rack of the dishwasher if needed.
Everything is food and microwave safe (unless otherwise noted) but be aware the vessel will absorb and retain a lot of heat in the microwave and be very hot to the touch. Excessive temperature shock can result in cracks and breakages. Do not microwave if the piece has been submerged or kept wet for an extended period of time.
To avoid the potential of staining after years of use, it is reccomended to wash pieces regularly.
